Recorded in Jamie's basement sometime in 2009, around the time we started Flint. Originally a song by Jesse, Matt and Connor's previous band the Newborn Ghosts, ''Balls Deep In Sauce'' is an instrumental post-rock song we opened the first few Flint shows with.

FUN FLINT FACT: it was the first song we ever played live, at a basement show at Ben's house (before he was even in the band). Our set was one and a half songs long, the drums got knocked over part way through ''Ignore'' and we just gave up. Our original bassist Huy was also at 7-11 getting snacks, so we played as a 3 piece. It was his only show with the band. Cover photo was taken at that show.
